4/22 & 23 – Peninsula Singers Concert, 7 pm on Saturday, 2 pm on Sunday here at TUMC. Directed by Trinity Singers Choral Director, Dr. Jerome Wright. The program, A Salute to Broadway, includes medleys from “My Fair Lady,” “Les Miserables” and “The Music Man”; an arrangement by Jerry Wright from “Mame”; and special guest, Carol Swarbrick Dries. Rounding out the program will be music by composers Gershwin, Cohan, Kern and Porter. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors/students. Children 12 and under are free.

4/27 – Community Dinner, 6 pm here at TUMC. Everyone is welcome to join us! Please call the church office for reservations,  683-5367, between 9 and 2 Monday through Wednesday, April 24, 25, or 26, or email your reservation to dinners@sequimtumc.org

Sermon Series on Things Our Dogs Teach Us About God
Plan to attend and invite your friends to the upcoming sermon series: “Things Our Dogs Teach Us About God.”  Through our four-legged friends we will learn much about our God.
April 30  God is faithful and never abandons us
May 7      We struggle with sin and feelings of inadequacy
May 14    God forgives, welcomes and gives us another chance
May 21    As God comforts us we are to comfort one another
May 28   As we understand all God is doing for us, we are filled with gratitude

5/6 – TUMC Gardeners’ Plant Sale and Car Show, 9 am to 2 pm. The sale will be in the fellowship hall. Bedding plants, annual and perennials, herbs and small shrubs grown by members of the church will be for sale along with garden related items.  In conjunction with the sale, members of Sequim Valley Car Club will be showing their antique cars to the public in the church parking lot.

5/10 – Working on Wellness Forum, 2:30 pm here at TUMC. The program is “The Mental Wellbeing Challenges of Living Longer” presented by Dr. Joshua Jones, CPO/Olympic Medical Physicians.  Working on Wellness is a program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic. (Sequim’s Free Clinic)

5/16 – Tea with She – Get Your Affairs in Order, noon. Soroptimist presentation about estate planning. It isn’t just about legal issues. There are practical ones as well. Help your family by getting your paperwork in order. Speaker: Teresa Neudorfer, Elder Law Attorney.

5/19 – Sequim Community Orchestra Concert, 7 pm here at TUMC.

5/23 – Blood Drive at TUMC, 12 to 6 pm (closed 3:45 to 4:30 pm). If you have questions or wish to make an appointment, please call 1-800-398-7888. Walk-ins are also welcome. Photo ID required to donate.
