7/28 – Volunteer Hospice Survivors’ Workshop, 1:30 pm here at TUMC. Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County presents four sessions on practical aspects of living alone. In July the program is Cooking for One by Dr. Carolyn DeSalvo and Rosalinda Castiglioni. These programs are free to the public and you may attend one or all the workshops. Register with VHOCC at 360-452-1511.

7/30 – Healthy Living with Diabetes Class, 1 pm here at TUMC. If you are interested in attending, please call 582-2975 to reserve your space. This is a fund-raising event for the Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Free Clinic and the suggested donation is $30 per person (cash or check). For planning purposes, advance reservations are necessary and the tax-deductible donation is collected on class day. Class size is limited to 20 attendees. 8/10 – Working on Wellness Forum, 2:30 pm here at TUMC. The program is “Active Isolated Stretching” presented by Kevin Pedrey, LMP, CCT, CFT, owner of Sequim Gym.  Working on Wellness is a program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic. (Sequim’s Free Clinic)
