8/25 – Community Dinner, 6 pm here at TUMC. Everyone is welcome! Please call the church office for reservations,  683-5367, between 9 and 2 Monday through Wednesday, August 22, 23, or 24, or email your reservation to dinners@sequimtumc.org

8/25 – Volunteer Hospice Survivors’ Workshop, 1:30 pm here at TUMC. Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County presents four sessions on practical aspects of living alone. In August the program is Financial Management presented by Mark Harvey and Phil Castell. These programs are free to the public and you may attend one or all the workshops. Register with VHOCC at 360-452-1511.

 9/1Blood Drive, 12 to 6 pm (closed 3:45 to 4:30 pm). If you have questions or wish to make an appointment, please call: 1-800-398-7888. Walk-ins are also welcome. Photo ID required to donate.
The need never stops…please donate blood.

9/10 – Free Clinic Fun Walk, registration at 8:30. Walk at 9 am beginning at Trinity United Methodist. Participants may choose to walk or run either the 1-mile through Carrie Blake Park or the 5-mile course along a part of the Olympic Discovery Trail. Following the noncompetitive Fun Walk, there will be free medical screenings, entertainment and a closing ceremony with an array of door prizes. All proceeds from the walk go to the Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic, Sequim’s free clinic.

9/14 – Working on Wellness Forum, 2:30 pm here at TUMC. The program is “How to Stay Healthy in Cold & Flu Season” presented by Dr. Carol Vincent-Hall, Naturopathic Physician.  Working on Wellness is a program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic. (Sequim’s Free Clinic)
