Note: this posting is for the greater Trinity community. In partnership with other community organizations, Trinity United Methodist Church parking areas are being used as a staging area for the Sequim Dungeness Valley Vaccine Clinic.
The Jamestown Family Health Clinic has scheduled the following dates to offer drive-through COVID-19 vaccines at Carrie Blake Park in Sequim. Each schedule block of time is for 5 hours, 8 am to 1 pm, at a planned rate of 200 shots per hour.
Thursday, February 4: online registration opens at 9 am for:

- Tuesday, Feb. 23
- Thursday, Feb. 25
Wednesday, March 3: online registration opens at 9 am for:
- Thursday, March 11
- Saturday, March 13
- Tuesday, March 16
- Thursday, March 18
- Saturday, March 20
Wednesday, March 17: online registration opens at 9 am for:
- Tuesday, March 30
- Thursday, April 1
- Saturday, April 3
Wednesday, March 31: online registration opens at 9 am for:
- Tuesday, April 6
- — and other April dates as those schedules are decided
The Sequim drive-through clinics are for Sequim area residents and patients of the Jamestown Family Health Clinic. Those eligible must be 65 or older. A spouse or domestic partner in the car may be younger and can be registered at the same time.
Important: please bring these items with you:
- A printout of your vaccine appointment for your first dose.
- Official identification showing your home address.
- For those returning for a second vaccine dose, you must bring your CDC card showing the date and lot of your first dose.
Register online at: http://vaccine.clallam.net/register. Registration will be in one-hour time blocks between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day. Once online registration is complete, a ticket with the date and time should be printed and brought with you. Each person/couple in a vehicle must have a registration ticket.
For those people who do not have Internet access, the call center number is 360-681-3447. Volunteers at the call center will use the online system to make an appointment for you. Your registration will be on file at the check-in booth.

For those people who need Dose #2: No need to make an appointment. Simply check-in on the date and time given to you when you received your first dose.
For those who have already received your 1st vaccine at one of our earlier drive-through events, you do not need to register for the 2nd dose. You have a date to return and a vaccine will be available for you during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There is no need to arrive early, only those with that date on their vaccine card will be allowed into that event.
