Have a Blessed Easter!
this Sunday, April 4
We rejoice in Christ’s risen presence!
For those who are not attending an in-person service, you can view the Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter worship services on YouTube. Just go to our webpage sequimtumc.org for a link to the service or to YouTube, where you then type in Sequim Trinity United Methodist Church in the search bar.
Note: the church office is closed tomorrow for Good Friday.
Sunday In-Person Services
Beginning April 11, all Sunday services will be held in the Sanctuary at 10 am. As of this notice, we are still limited to 25 people in the Sanctuary, and 25 in the Fellowship Hall. If interested in attending, please call the office next week, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, to make a reservation. (Be sure you have had your two shots, plus two weeks, and that there is/will be a copy of your vaccination card on file at the church office. The covid safety guidelines will be followed: wear masks, take temperatures, and social distancing.)
On-Line Video-Taped Services
Beginning April 11, the Sunday service will be filmed and available online the next day, Monday. If you regularly watch the service on Sunday, that may leave you wondering, “What do I watch on the 11th?”
This could be your opportunity to view a service you might have missed (Go to YouTube, and enter Sequim Trinity United Methodist Church. There you can take your pick of services!) If you didn’t have a chance to attend the Maundy Thursday or Good Friday services, you could watch one or both of them. Then, on the following Sunday, the 18th, you can view the service of the 11th. and regularly watch the services a week later.
Let’s give Trinity some TLC!
Come on out to Trinity TLC where we do light maintenance around the Church while sharing in fellowship. We meet every two weeks and this week we meet on Saturday, 03 April at 9:30 AM for a couple of hours to get the Church spiffed up for Easter. We will be cutting grass, doing light maintenance, maybe a little extra cleaning and moving chancel furniture, and of course, having a cup of Rainshadow Dungeness Dark coffee and light eats, courtesy of Dick Bennett. All are welcome! For more info, call Andy Pitts at 804-724-3401.

UMCOR Sunday (formerly One Great Hour of Sharing) – March 28th
Together we can reach children, families, and communities who have experienced devastation in the wake of disaster.
When disaster strikes around the globe—earthquakes, hurricanes, major floods, wildfires, etc.—so many of us feel helpless. How can one person make a difference in the wake of such widespread devastation? As responders around the globe scramble to help survivors, the United Methodist Committee on Relief, (UMCOR) is prepared to act. Together we can ensure that the United Methodist Church can continue to help by donating to UMCOR Sunday.
Our gifts to the UMCOR Sunday offering help cover operating expenses of UMCOR, allowing 100% of our designated donations get to those who need help the most. For more information about UMCOR, go to: www.umcor.org.

In this four-week Bible study, we’ll explore the life of Naomi as told in the Book of Ruth. We will learn to flourish as we live out our hard stories and trust that God can transform them. Peninsula Singers Virtual Cabaret is still up for viewing.
Because of Covid, the choir cannot meet to sing or perform, and we need some basic donations in order to keep alive until the restrictions are lifted, and people are allowed to sing and perform again, as well as award some scholarships. The show is hosted by Jerry Wright and runs for just under 45 minutes. It is very good, and can be accessed from the Peninsula Singers website: peninsulasingers.org or on Facebook: Peninsula Singers | Facebook. Donations by mail can be sent to: Peninsula Singers, 325 E. Washington Street # 135, Sequim, WA 98382. God bless you for helping us weather the Covid storm!
