Some Concerns that we have:
- Pastor Brad and Dorothy for healing following Pastor Brad’s heart attack.
- For those who continue to go through physical struggles, those who are dealing with cancer, or other health situations. Prayers for those who are emotionally feeling lost and alone.
- For those who consider COVID-19 to be a conspiracy theory even as people are dying from this terrible disease.
- For peace in our country.
- For Katherine Parker, missionary to Nepal.
Even though you can’t be with those having birthdays this week, emails or phone calls are appreciated.

Update on Noisy Can Offering: Sunday, May 30, 2012
The Missions Ministry Team has decided to focus donations for the May Noisy Can offering on specialty tools for high school students that many students cannot afford. (i.e. graph calculators cost approximately $140+ each.) It is a bit early to be collecting funds for back-to-school “anything” in May, but we wish to have the funds on hand when they are needed. (The August 29 NCO will be just past the dates for school needs.) We continue to request donations in cash or checks – no coins. Please issue checks to TUMC and write “May NCO” in the memo section. If donating cash, please enclose funds in an envelope that is labeled “May NCO”. As always, any amounts are greatly appreciated!

Bible Study
Renewed: Finding Hope When You Don’t Like Your Story, by Heather M. Dixon. This class meets Tuesdays from 1:00-2:30 p.m. for 4 weeks on June 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2021.
In this four-week Bible study, we’ll explore the life of Naomi as told in the Book of Ruth. We will learn to flourish as we live out our hard stories and trust that God can transform them. We’ll trade our heartache for delight as we discover a God who rescues and redeems. Summer Lunch Program for Children
Friends, the Boys & Girls Club will be restarting their summer lunch program for the children of our community starting in mid-June. TUMC has participated in this ministry outreach since 2012. The basic format is distributing meals that have been prepared at the B&G Club at four sites in the greater Sequim area. The need is for one volunteer for each site, the volunteer must have been fully vaccinated and loves working with children. There will be a B&G staff member on-site at each location to assist. TUMC’s typical commitment in the past is covering a couple of weeks throughout the summer; other faith groups and community service groups also cover weeks. A meeting will be announced to go over the specifics. Thank you to our church for being in ministry to our community and more importantly for our children. If interested, please contact Jim Stoffer at jamesstoffer@wavecable.com or 360.775.9356
Recycle Empty Inkjet and Laser Printer Cartridges:
The recycle container for empty inkjet and laser printer cartridges and used cell phones is now in the church office. Besides helping the environment by recycling, the church is paid for every item donated. Thanks so much for your continued (or new) participation in this program!
Let’s give Trinity some TLC!
Come on out to Trinity TLC where we do light maintenance around the Church while sharing in fellowship. We meet every two weeks, and our next meeting is on Friday, 28 May at 9:30 am for a couple of hours. We will be cutting grass, doing light maintenance and upkeep, some springtime work, and of course, having a cup of Rainshadow Dungeness Dark coffee and light eats, courtesy of Dick Bennett. All are welcome! For more info, call Andy Pitts, 804-724-3401.
